Okay I suppose for the videos you mean from a youtube, google videos etc link to an actual video embedded in your post? If yes, then use the tags

and paste the video URL in there.

As for the 'banner thing', do you mean a signiature?

Okay go to the profile section from the top of the page...or its here.
Then go to the preferences tab...or go here.
Then there should be an option there that says "Always attach my signature"
Tick yes then save changes. Voila! From then on, your signiature should appear.

This is, of course, only going to work if you have actually made and saved a signiature. Its available from the Profile section in a Tab called signiatures. Or go here, and paste images, text and whatever else you need.

I don't think there's a way, unless you upload the image to a hosting site like Photobucket, Imageshack or others, then use that to get an image link for it to work in the [img][/img] tags
